Table of Contents
Calendar edit history allows you to track changes to your location calendar and review historical updates to interview blocks. This provides a clear record of who made changes, what was modified, and when the modification occurred.
To view calendar edit history, select the ellipses in the top right corner of the location calendar and then View Edit History. In the Edit History drawer, you can view the following:
- Left Panel: Select an entry from the chronological list. Each record shows the date, time, and name of the person who made the change.
- Right Panel: Use the dropdown menu to view details for Added (new block created), Edited (details changed), or Removed (block deleted) entries.
If a user changes the start or end time of an OIT (open interview time) block, Paradox logs this as deleting the original block and adding a new one with the updated times.
Data recorded
The following information is recorded for every modified interview block:
- Start Time: The scheduled beginning of the interview.
- End Time: The scheduled end of the interview.
- Available Jobs: The jobs associated with the interview block.
- Available Locations: The location associated with the interview block.
- Interview Type: The type of interview for the block.
- Single/Group Interview: Whether the block is set for a single or group interview.
Logic for calendar edit history
- Edit history displays times in the same timezone as the calendar being viewed and not the user’s personal timezone.
- Updates to recurring availability display in the Edit History drawer. If a recurring update overrides a week that was manually configured, this is noted.
- Both manual and recurring availability changes are tracked in the Edit History drawer.
- Only manual edits are tracked. Changes made in external calendars are not logged.
- Up to six months of historical data is stored. You cannot view edit history beyond this period.
