User experience: View job descriptions

While in My Jobs, users can easily view the job description by selecting a job’s action menu, or ellipses, and then selecting View Job Description from its dropdown menu.
A modal will open to display the job description. Any job description sections added will be listed inside of a dotted box.
If job and/or location data is changed for a job, then any added sections will update accordingly.
