Table of Contents
A job posting page is where your AI Assistant can screen candidates via a widget conversation. The link to this page can be easily copied from the My Jobs page, where it can then be shared with candidates or posted to a source.
Configuration
Contact your CS Representative to enable this for your account.
Create a Job Posting page
You can create a Job Posting page from Web Management.
- Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
- When the Settings page opens, select Web Management under the Platform section.
- Open Job Posting Page from the left panel.
- Select the Add New button.
- Choose the Job Posting Site option and then select Next.
- Customize the colors of the page’s header, buttons, A.I. button fill, and more by either selecting a Design Theme or choosing the colors individually.
- Note: The Header Text color also includes the color of your AI Assistant’s name listed under their photo icon in the conversation panel. In addition to this, the Icons color will reflect the token color and the metadata pulled for the job, such as the icons for location, company, job type, and more. Click here to learn more about the Hot Job Label.
- Toggle on the Display a chat to apply now prompt if you want to include the below option in your job posting page experience.
- Select how you would like to start the interaction and the conversation you will use by selecting from the How would you like to start the interaction? and Which conversation will you use? drop-down selectors, respectively.
- If you want to include Q&A responses in this conversation, then toggle on Knowledge Base and select the preferred Q&A options.
- Under the enabled Job Search setting, a Disable additional job searches post-apply toggle will display and be disabled by default. Toggle this setting on, if preferred.
- If this setting is enabled, then candidates will not be able to perform an additional Job Search after the application on the Job Posting Page is submitted.
- If this setting remains disabled, then candidates can utilize Job Search after submitting their application, but it is important to note that no Job Search Parameters will be added, allowing candidates to see all of your jobs (including any Internal Jobs).
- If you want to restrict where visitors can view your jobs, then toggle on the Restrict where visitors can view jobs by Country, US State, or US City setting. In doing so, a field will appear where you can select the US state, US city, and/or country where visitors can only view your jobs.
- Customize the text for the Job Posting Options and include a Link to search for jobs if you prefer.
- Apply button text – This is where the Status text lives before the conversation begins and is an open-text field for you to customize the copy of the Chat to Apply button.
- Status text – This lives in the center portion of the main page footer, and it indicates the candidate’s current status while in conversation with your AI Assistant.
- Link to search for jobs – This field is optional and is the URL that will be linked to the View More Jobs text in the top left corner of the header.
- Search for jobs text – The text that will replace the View More Jobs text in the top left corner of the header.
- Customize the text for the Closed Job Posting Error State and include a Link to search for jobs if you prefer. The text for this portion will be the information listed in the center of the Closed Job Posting page.
- Customize the text for the Completed Screening Job Posting State.
- Completed job header – The header text that displays when a candidate completes the job screening.
- Completed job message – The sub-text that displays under the header when a candidate completes their job screening.
- In-Progress Status text – The text that lives in the center portion of the main page footer as a candidate answers the screening questions.
- Completed Status text – The text that lives in the center portion of the main page footer and at the end of the conversation when a candidate completes their screening with your AI Assistant.
- Button text – The button that will return the candidate back to the Job Posting page.
- Select Save & Finish.
The page will auto-populate the name with the following format: #Public-company-name Job Posting.
Edit a Job Posting page
To edit a Job Posting page, navigate to the Job Posting Page section of Web Management and then click into the existing page to make any preferred edits. You can reference steps #6-15 above to assist you with making the necessary changes. Once published, review the page to ensure it is adjusted to the style and manner you want.
Integrated ATS job posting page
For each job added to My Jobs via the master feed, a unique job posting url will be created for it.
- A job posting site will need to be created in Web Management.
- The job ID will be added to the job posting page.
- The job description will be added from the job feed data.
- The candidate will go through the conversation that is targeted for that job ID.
Note: If Disable Capture Conversation(s) is the only outcome set for the master feed, then you do not need to create job posting sites.
Permissions
By default, Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, and Franchise Owners will have full access to the Job Posting permission (a child permission to Web Management) while all other users but Basic/Limited Users will have view access. Contact your CS Representative to adjust these permissions, as needed.
