    Candidate Profile Edit Interview drawer

    Round Robin Group interview attendee indicators will live in both the Candidate Profile and Edit Interview drawer whenever a Round Robin Group is added. Learn more about this experience below.

    Candidate Profile

    If a Round Robin Group is tied to an interview, then next to an interview's interviewer icon in the Interviews section of the Candidate Profile, each group will display alongside the number of individual attendees selected for that group. Each Round Robin Group will also live on its own row for easy reference.

    Edit Interview drawer

    When editing a scheduled interview, a calendar icon will display next to the name(s) of the current interview attendee(s) of the group for that interview.

    Users will be able to save changes to the number of Round Robin Group attendees scheduled for an interview when the No one is available at this time warning is displayed and the time isn’t updated, allowing the required attendee(s) to be still available and listed on the interview.
