Set your default interview preferences

Default interview preferences allow users to dictate the details of their preferred interview. These preferences can be set on an individual, user role, and location level. Configured accounts will then be able to base interviews on an interviewer’s default interview preferences in the following system areas, depending on your account configuration:
- Job Builder
- Group Management
- Conversation Builder
The candidate’s interview preferences will then have updated logic to reflect the interviewer’s preferences.
Set per user
Within each user’s calendar settings, they have the option of setting and saving their default interview preferences. If a user does not update their default interview preferences, then your AI Assistant will rely on the default settings (30 minute Phone Interview) for this section. Set by user role
Users with access to Roles and Permissions can update default interview preferences on a per user role basis. Click here to learn more.
