The Recurring Events page lists each recurring event series as one row. Tags on each row show the event brand, how often the series runs (for example, weekly or monthly), and whether it is a hiring or orientation event.
You can expand a row to see all event occurrences in the recurring event series.
On any recurring series row, you can open the action menu, or ellipses, and select from the following options:
- Edit – This takes you to the recurring event series dashboard (all occurrences).
- Duplicate – This allows you to create a copy of the recurring event series.
- Delete – This allows you to remove the recurring event series.
When you expand the recurring event series, you can view the following details associated with the event in the column:
- Public Event Name – The public name for the event and what candidates see when they are invited to an event.
- Internal Event Name – The internal name for the event and what internal event creators and manages see in the account.
- Event Date – The date (or date range) of the event occurrence.
- Event Time – The start and end time for the event occurrence.
- Location – The location for the event occurrence.

- If users are going to be making updates to an event Close Registration date for an individual event occurrence, then they need to default the parent recurring eventʼs Close Registration Time setting to Event Date and Time. Then, they can update the date for each event occurrence without issue.
- If 24 hours before event is selected for the Close Registration Time when setting up the reoccurrence, then you can't select any date more than the day before the event for any of the event occurrences.
- If Specific Date and Time is selected for the Close Registration Time on the reoccurring original event creation, you can't select any date before that on any future occurrences, but you can select any time after it.
