Phone number registration form (10DLC)

Paradox provides a native, self-service 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration system that allows teams to submit, manage, and monitor SMS compliance directly within the CEM.

Use cases
- New Implementation: Your team needs to register a new brand to begin SMS outreach in the US/Canada.
- Account Scaling: Your team creates a new CEM account and needs to associate it with an existing, approved 10DLC brand.
- International Expansion: Your team operating outside the US/Canada needs to unlock the Channels page without a 10DLC requirement.
- Internal Oversight: A CS or Support team member needs to check the live status of your registration.
Submit a new 10DLC Registration Form
- Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the page and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
- When the Settings page opens, select Phone Number Registration in the Platform section.
- The Phone Number Registration will then open. Select Start 10DLC Onboarding.
- Review the 10DLC Onboarding modal and select Start 10DLC Onboarding to open the multi-page drawer.
- Update the following details for company information:
- Legal Business Name: Enter the exact legal name as registered with your EIN. This name will be displayed on messages sent to candidates.
- Doing Business As (DBA): Complete only if your business operates under a different name than the legal entity.
- Country: Select the country of registration.

Business Street Address: Enter the official registered physical address.
- Note: Using a local branch or different address than what is on file with the IRS may cause a registration mismatch.
- City, State/Province, and Postal Code: Ensure these match your legal tax filings.

Business Type: Select one of the following legal structures:
- Co-operative
- Corporation
- Limited Liability Corporation (LLC)
- Non-profit Corporation
- Partnership
- Sole Proprietorship
- Company Status: Select the appropriate status:
- Government
- Non-profit
- Private
- Public
- Select Next in the top right corner of the page.
- Provide the following tax and operational information:
- Registration Type: We recommend selecting EIN (Employer Identification Number).
- Registration Number: Enter the EIN exactly as it appears on your tax documentation for the company name provided in the Company Information section.
- Industry: Select the primary industry that best represents your business.
- Website: Provide a valid company website URL.

Regions of Operations: Indicate all global regions where your business operates:
- USA and Canada
- Africa
- Asia
- Europe
- Latin America
- Upload a PDF or JPG of your CP-575 form.
- Note: This document is required to verify the company name, EIN, and address. If based outside the US, upload the most relevant legal business documentation.
- Select Next in the top right corner of the page.
- Designate the primary individual responsible for brand compliance and identity verification:
- Enter Contact Details: Provide the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Business Title, and Phone Number.
- Identity Verification: After approval, The Campaign Registry will send a verification email to this POC (from noreply@auth.campaignregistry.com).
- Complete Verification: The POC has 7 days to click the verification link before it expires.
- Responsibility: This user acts as the official contact for any future carrier-led audits. In-CEM Pendo alerts will target this user if the form is left incomplete.
- When all fields are completed and reviewed, select Submit Form.
- Note: Need to complete the form at a later time? Simply select Save as Draft in the bottom left corner to save the progress you've made. If a user returns to an open form, selecting Complete 10DLC Onboarding allows them to continue from the previously saved draft or Start New to overwrite existing fields.
- In the warning that opens, select Submit.
- Warning: Once submitted, the form cannot be edited by the client, though responses remain viewable.
Permissions
By default, only Paradox Admins and Company/Account Admins have full access to this page.
Grant/restrict access
The Phone Number Registration parent permission provides users access to the Phone Number Registration page in the account with the following access levels:
- Full Access: User can view the Phone Number registration page.
- No Access: User cannot view the Phone Number registration page.
