    • Assistant Messaging

      Jobs that are marked as a high priority job so that they can receive an increase in candidate exposure. Hot Jobs are listed at the top of job search results for candidates.

    • Inquiry Detection

      The ability for your AI Assistant to understand when a candidate is asking a question instead of providing a proper response to the screening question being asked.

    • Job Data Package

      This allows you to configure the job data on the location level of a job. These include base pay, minimum age, employment type, and more.

      This is a custom action or status movement set up on the backend by your CS Representative. Next steps will display in a status's menu when it is clicked.

    • NOH

      Number of Hires. This refers back to our Number of Hires feature, which assists teams in notifying you or turning a job off for you when a set number of candidates reach the designated "Hired" status.
