Re-engage your candidates with no event availability
Ever had a great candidate miss an event because there wasn't availability? With this new update, you won't have to worry about missing your candidates. If a candidate can't attend an event because they have no event availability, they'll now be automatically invited to new events if something opens up and they qualify.
When a candidate is re-engaged, they receive a message presenting only events and interview times they're qualified for.
Candidates are not re-engaged if the event scheduling timeline has passed or if pre-event registration has already closed for qualifying events.
Edit your evaluations any time
Do you manage your campus events? If you do and you use evaluations for your users, you can now edit your evaluations at any time, even when it's associated with an upcoming hiring event! This update gives you greater control over your evaluations, allowing for quick adjustments to questions and answers.
When you edit an evaluation, here are the following impact on users filling out the evaluation:
- In-Progress Evaluations: If a user is actively filling out an evaluation when you publish an edit, they'll continue with the original version they started.
- Edited Evaluations: Any user who starts that evaluation after your edits are published will complete the new, edited version.
We generally recommend making minor edits to evaluations once they're in use. This helps maintain consistency for candidates and evaluators.
