The new Content Quality Score provides an early indicator of how well a client's candidate assistant responses is likely to perform based on their content. Conversational ATS
Simplified candidate and user experience for shift-based roles
Candidate Experience

User Experience

Candidates now have a clear way to indicate they're unavailable for any advanced shifts you've listed, ensuring that you no longer need to worry about candidates getting stuck in the conversation if their availability doesn't match a listed advanced shift. We've added a new I'm unavailable for any shifts above option to the conversational shift selection. This ensures a smoother experience for candidates by giving them a clear path forward in the conversation, preventing them from being stuck in a conversational loop. Additionally, you can now add a Shift Selection section to the Candidate Summary in the candidate profile, providing a clearer overview of a candidate's availability and allowing you to access key information at a glance.

Additionally, you can add the Shift Selection section in the Candidate Summary Builder. This does not automatically surface on the candidate profile, but you can configure this.
Conversational Events
Streamline high-volume hiring events with sequential interviews
Candidate Experience

User Experience

You can now create and conduct sequential, multi-stage interviews within a single hiring event, no longer needing to rely on manual workarounds or external tools to schedule multiple interviews for a candidate. This enhancement will streamline high-volume hiring events. It empowers you to build structured, multi-stage interviews directly within your hiring event, which saves time, reduces administrative burden, and helps you make faster, higher-quality hiring decisions.

These changes are reflected in the event builder, event landing pages, the Schedule and Candidate section of the event's dashboard, and event reports.
Job Management
More consistent terminology across the platform
You can now enjoy a more consistent and intuitive user experience across the platform. We've renamed Job Family to Job Category across the entire system. This change ensures consistent terminology between Conversational ATS and Integrated Jobs, as Job Category is more intuitive and widely understood in the industry. Standardizing this terminology will improve overall clarity and usability.
All documentation referencing Job Family has been updated to reflect this terminology change.
Role impact and feature activation
All users who manage jobs in places such as the job builder are affected by this enhancement.
This terminology update is automatically reflected in the user interface and all job-related reports.
Scheduling
Expanded re-engagement for No Availability candidates
You can now automatically re-engage with candidates to schedule all interviews, including panel, sequential, and round robin groups, even when your calendar was previously unavailable. We've enhanced our system to automatically check for new calendar openings every six hours and re-engage with candidates who were previously in a No Availability status for all interview types. This update applies to all scheduling methods and interview types, as well as scheduling via API. This reduces the number of candidates who are stuck in a No Availability status, which helps lower your time-to-schedule. Additionally, you'll no longer need to manually check for availability or re-send interview invites after a calendar has been updated.

Role impact and feature activation
All interview attendees and coordinators are affected by this enhancement.
This No Availability logic is automatically applied to our scheduling.

Minor enhancements
Candidate Q&A
To deliver a higher-quality conversational experience, we have significantly improved our system's ability to generate Q&A content for candidates. This enhancement directly addresses feedback from our clients and internal teams by refining the tone, relevance, and consistency of answers. By raising the quality bar for these candidate-facing responses, we are reducing the need for manual edits, increasing client trust in our conversational AI, and ensuring a smoother onboarding experience for future clients.
Channels: International Phone Numbers
The system is transitioning all SMS phone numbers from the MessageBird platform to the Twilio platform to eliminate reliance on the deprecated MessageBird API, ensuring continued messaging service stability.
Conversation Builder
- When creating a Widget Conversation or Embedded Conversation in Web Management without any existing conversations, Add conversation now directs users to the Conversation Builder.
- You can now edit the number of attendees per ATS role when using auto-scheduling in the Conversation Builder.
Data Feeds: Users
A comprehensive logic fix has been implemented to ensure that interviewer email addresses and associated calendar integration settings are automatically re-synced and updated when changes are sent via a user data feed, resolving scheduling errors for both new and existing candidates.
Journeys
- Journey Name, Stage Name, and Status Name translations are now fully supported across the platform, including the Candidate Inbox dropdown menu for changing statuses and Status Mapping Configuration in Journeys, ensuring a consistent multilingual experience.
- The comprehensive fix ensures that when a user tries to change a candidate's status, the system now correctly checks for two things: the permission to change the status, and the specific permission needed to trigger the action that goes with it (like initiating an audio interview), which prevents the mistaken You do not have permission error.
