Paradox's browser extension allows you to enjoy some of your AI Assistant's capabilities within the comfort of your current browser tab, without needing to switch tabs. 

Use cases

Users who:

• Use Chrome / Edge browser.
• Communicate with candidates often (instead of letting their AI Assistant handle it all).
• Schedule manually often or always.
• Use an external ATS. The browser extension can eliminate tab switching and context switching.
• Have one AI Assistant.
• Use the English version of the CEM.

Available features

The following features will be available with the first version:

• Candidate Inbox
  • Message with candidates already in your inbox
  • Use messaging templates (predefined messages) 
  • Send pictures to candidates
  • Schedule interviews with candidates
• Calendar
  • View your upcoming interviews
  • Schedule based on user OIT or selecting time slots manually
  • Use existing scheduling templates (predefined scheduling configurations)
  • Edit daily and recurring availability
    • Note: The extension currently only displays the user’s recurring availability. Any custom availability set for individual days will not be reflected in the extension.
• View notifications to stay updated on responses from candidates

Permissions

Once enabled, all users with CEM login access will be able to access the browser extension. 

• Note: The ability to add candidates to the CEM from the browser extension window (except for teams using Cornerstone On Demand) is automatically enabled for teams. However, this capability can be restricted for teams using an integrated ATS. Contact your CS Representative for more information.
