The below information outlines what users should expect when using the Multi-Application feature:

    • Users will have the ability to view and manage multiple unique applications that the candidate has submitted and act upon each one respectively from the application selector, which lives in the Applications tab title in their Candidate Profile.
    • Users will continue to have the ability to perform actions, such as Scheduling, Survey, change in Candidate Journey status on each application submitted, or update the candidate's profile information.
    • Users can view all of the applications submitted by the candidate; however, they can only see and manage candidates that apply to a job/location that they oversee. Applications will be read-only if you do not have access to the job or location of an additional application.
    • Users will be able to report on the number of returning candidates and relevant information, such as the jobs they applied to or the different mediums they were sourced from.
    • From the Candidate Management list view, users can easily view how many applications a candidate has submitted and complete relevant mass actions on those candidates.
    • Users can search and filter for the candidate's applications that they want to view.
    • Users can manually edit candidates' profile information, if necessary.
