    Configuration User experience

This feature is used in conjunction with the Employee Communications product. If you have not purchased this product, then you will be unable to access this feature and its functionality.

You can associate a candidate’s application ID with their employee ID so that the system can retain and better track their relevant documents in one profile.

    Configuration

    1. Create an excel spreadsheet that includes the names of all employees you want associated with their candidate documents.
    2. Add a column titled Candidate Application ID.
    3. Open the CEM.
    4. Find the first employee’s original Candidate Profile.
    5. Copy the numerical value listed after the "selected=" text in the page’s URL.

    6. Paste this value next to their name under the Candidate Application ID column of your excel sheet.
    7. Repeat steps #4-6 for each employee.
    8. Add an Action column and include Update in each row.
    9. Navigate to the One-Time Employee File list in Data Feeds.
    10. Upload this file as a one-time Employee Feed.

When mapped successfully, the candidate’s forms, offers, and other documents will appear on their Employee Profile and be available to download.

    User experience

Users who want to view documents for their employees or their own documents can navigate to their profile and find all documents completed during the hiring process listed under the Candidate Documents subsection of Documents.
