After media content is added to the CMS, it can be managed at any time from either the All Media Files list or a specific media type list, which can be opened from the CMS's left panel.

By hovering over a specific media item in the list and selecting its action menu, or ellipses, at the end of an item's row, you will be able to view and choose from some or all of the following options:

    • View [Media] – This will open the media content in a slide-out drawer for you to view.
    • Download [Media] – This will allow you to download the media content to your device.
    • Edit [Media] – This will allow you to edit the content. When you select this option, you are taken to the document builder.
    • Delete [Media] – This will only display when an item is not currently being used in the system. Clicking this will allow you to confirm the deletion of the document in the Media Library.
    • Archive [Media] – This archives the media. You must confirm whether you want to archive the media before proceeding.
    • Edit Signature Terms – This will open the document’s Signature Confirmation and Acceptance Language slide-out drawer. From there, you can update the following details for your perjury statement as needed depending on your document legal needs:
      • Statement – This is the perjury statement. A default message displays, but you can update it as needed.
      • Checkbox Label – This is the checkbox label that displays to candidates or users when they are selecting the checkbox. A default message displays, but you can update it as needed.

A maximum of 1000 characters is allowed for the Statement and Checkbox Label fields.

Additionally, the signature confirmation and acceptance language supports multilingual if it is enabled in the account.
