Manual interview time zone configuration Automatic scheduling time zone configuration

Interviewing can be complex, especially when time zones create scheduling confusion. Whether you're managing candidate interviews manually or through automated systems, understanding time zone settings is crucial for smooth recruitment processes.

    Manual interview time zone configuration

When manually scheduling or editing an interview, you have direct control over time zone settings. If you want the interview to be based on the candidate's time zone, follow these steps to ensure accurate scheduling:

    1. Open the Scheduling drawer by clicking into a scheduled interview or initiating an interview.
    2. Scroll down to Advanced Settings.
    3. Toggle on Candidate's Timezone.
    4. Select the appropriate time zone for the candidate.
    5. Save/Update the interview.

    Automatic scheduling time zone configuration

If you have your AI Assistant scheduling interviews for you, time zone configurations are typically managed by your CS Representative on the backend. If you're experiencing persistent time zone discrepancies, such as interviews defaulting an incorrect time zone, take these actions:

    • Request that a Company/Account Admin with full access to Client Setup edit the Candidate Timezone Method within the Scheduling section of Client Setup.
    • Contact your CS Representative and provide specific details about the incorrect time zone issues you are having for further problem solving.
