Running reports – Paradox offers several reports that can be used to track your team's performance. Some of these reports include, but are not limited to:
- Recruiter report – A detailed report about each user, stats around interviews, and last login.
- Candidate Survey Detailed report – This provides a detailed report on survey engagements.
- Employee Action Activity report – This is a detailed report that tracks any manual actions taken by users, including editing a candidate, unsubscribing/resubscribing a candidate, marking a candidate as unread, marking a candidate as spam, impersonating another user, rescheduling, sharing, sending a survey, changing statuses, or running a report.

Employee Detail report – This provides detailed data about all users in the system. This data includes contact information, open interview times (OIT)/availability, busy days/vacations, alternate interviewer selection, default interview preferences, associated Round Robin Group, and scheduling timelines.
