The Location Management page includes a dedicated Location Mapping History slide-out drawer that provides a clear audit trail of all actions taken on tentative locations, specifically merges and conversions.

View location mapping history records

1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
2. When the Settings page opens, select Location Management under the Permissions section.
3. Location Management will open to the Location Mapping section. In the upper-right corner of this section, select View History.
4. A drawer will open. For every merge or conversion action, the History section will display the following information:
   • Date/Time – The precise date and time when the action occurred.
   • Action Type – Indicates whether the action was a Merge or a Conversion.
   • User – The name of the user who initiated the action.
   • Record Details:
     • For Conversions – Displays the final formal location record after the conversion occurred.
     • For Merges – Displays the tentative location record before the merge, and the formal location record after the merge.

Users can search and sort through location mapping records and download a CSV report of all merge and conversion actions.

Search and sort functionality

Users can use the search bar in the Location Mapping History slide-out drawer to search by:

• Action Type – Whether a merge or conversion was performed.
• Record Details – Any data present in the tentative or formal location records (e.g., Street Address, City, State/Province, Country, Zip Code, Location ID).

Users can also use the sorting drop-down menu and select how they want to sort through location mapping history. Options inclue:

• Newest to Oldest (Default View)
• Oldest to Newest (Optional View)

CSV Report Download

Users can download a CSV report of all merge and conversion actions. The report includes:

• Date/Time of action
• Action Type
• User who initiated the action
• All tentative location data (before merge/conversion)
• All formal location data (after merge/conversion)
