    Navigation Landing Sites Create a Landing Site Customize Landing Pages globally

    Landing Sites are company-branded sites that allow candidates to have a conversation with your AI Assistant. If you have any additional questions about Landing Sites, please contact your CS Representative.


    Navigation

    You can navigate to the Web Management page by first clicking the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings under the Advanced section in its dropdown menu. When the Settings page opens, click Web Management under the Platform section.


    Landing Sites

    Open the Landing Sites list by navigating to the Account Sites section and then selecting Landing Sites from the left panel.

    Create a Landing Site 

    To configure your Landing Site:

    1. In the top right corner of the list, select + Create New Landing Site.


       
    2. In the Site Details section, enter and select the following details:
      • Branding: This determines the logo that displays and the brand communications.
      • Select language(s): You can select languages that can be translated on the Landing Site.
      • Audience Type: If Candidate Types (Internal/External) and Job Posting Type is enabled for your account (learn more here), select the audience type between the following options:
        • External: Returns external jobs to candidates.
        • Internal: Returns internal jobs to candidates.
      • Site name: You can title your site’s name.
      • Header title: You can select a title that will be displayed on the header.
      • Header text: You can enter in text that will be displayed on the header.
    3. In the Background Image section, either drag a file or click to browser any of your JPG or PNG files.
    4. Select or enable the following details:
      • How would you like to start the conversation?: You can select a conversation type to attach to the site. 
      • Which conversation will you use?: You can select a conversation to attach to the site. Whenever a candidate accesses the site, the conversation will be used.
      • Knowledge Base: You can enable this toggle to populate your Knowledge Base and Candidate Q&A responses into the site.
      • Job Search: If Job Search is enabled for your account, you can allow your candidates to perform a job search on your site. When this is enabled, the following fields display:
        • Customize Apply Now Button: If you want to customize the wording of the button, you can enter a message of maximum 24 characters.
        • Job Search Parameters: You can add attributes and values, or enable a setting to allow candidates to search for job locations.
    5. If you want to password protect your website, you can enable the Password Protect toggle and enter in a password.
    6. Select Save & Finish after filling out all of the required fields.
    7. Open your new Landing Site page and scroll to the bottom.
    8. Copy either the You can find your site here: or You can find your shortened URL here:, depending on which link you prefer.
      • Note: They will both open the same site.

    You can then open the link to view your Landing Site.

    Customize Landing Pages globally

    If you want to configure color and design customization for all of your Landing Sites, you can select the settings icon in the top right corner of the Landing Sites page.

    After selecting the settings icon, the Global Landing Page Styling drawer will slide out. You can customize the following elements:

    • Widget Elements
    • A.I. Bubble Fill
    • A.I. Bubble Text
    • Sample Prompt Text
    • Candidate Icon
    • Header
    • Header Text

    When you customize all of the elements, you can select Save to apply the changes. This updates all of the landing pages across channels using global styling and color customizations.
