Create an Event Landing page

From the Tools section of an event, you can open the Event Landing Pages tool and then the Event Landing Page tab to edit the Event Landing page. The creation of an Event Landing page includes 4 parts:
- Event description (required)
- Header image upload (required)
- Candidate Care toggle
- Event Landing page schedule
You are required to configure an event landing page for your event.
Event description
If you are utilizing Contextual AI, click here to learn how AI can assist you in writing your event description.

The event description is an overview for the candidate about your hiring event. The purpose of the description is to provide candidates with information about your event as well as to get them excited to register and participate in the event.
While you’re typing the description, you can easily use a variety of fonts, formats, and styles and even expand the description box to review your description in its totality by clicking the bottom right corner of the box and dragging it down.
Important Notes:
- Clicking Enter/Return on your keyboard will reset the font type and size to the text defaults (Open Sans and Body Text).
- Recommended ideas for the description:
- List the role(s) that you are hiring for during this event.
- Provide an exciting overview of the event.
- Add links to company promo videos, their career page, etc.
Header image upload

The header image is the image that appears in the header area of the event landing page. To upload an image, complete the following:
- Click on the Upload Image button.
- Select an image from your desktop. Please ensure that you are using the highest quality of images for your header images!
- Crop the image in the modal that appears.
- Click Confirm to officially upload the image.
Additional Event Landing page settings
Candidate Care
When the Candidate Care toggle is turned ON, after the candidate has completed the event registration conversation, Candidate Care will be enabled on the Event Landing page.
Hide Event Landing Page on Upcoming Event Site
When the Hide Event Landing Page on Upcoming Event Site toggle is turned on, then the Event Landing page will not be publicly visible on your Upcoming Event Site. This is especially beneficial if you're hosting internal events or attending an event hosted by a third-party, as it gives you control over your Event Landing page’s visibility.
When this setting is enabled, candidates cannot be auto-scheduled for the event.
Event Landing Page Schedule

The Event Landing Page Schedule section allows you to determine the session(s) that should and should not appear to candidates on the Event Landing page. By default, all created sessions will be selected to display on the event landing page unless otherwise deselected by the user.
Sequential event interviews are available to select. This is indicated with a Sequential Interview pill on the Event Landing Page, displaying all of the interviews in order.
Candidate Schedule page

From the Tools section of an event, you can open the Event Landing Pages tool and then the Candidate Schedule Page tab to edit the Candidate Schedule page that candidates see for an event they are attending. By default, the Copy Content from Event Landing Page setting will be selected, carrying over the configuration for the Event Landing page.
To create a different experience for the Candidate Schedule page, deselect this setting and then update the details, referring to the above section’s descriptions for guidance. When completed, this will be the candidate’s experience.

General logic
- When a candidate selects an interview time, the time zone selected on the backend will display to the candidate. If a Candidate’s Detected Timezone is selected as the time zone option, then candidates who change time zone will see times that reflect their current time zone.
- The Event Landing page will be supported on tablet devices.
