    Configuration Default Job Qualification Levels Custom Job Qualification Levels

    If you have integrated ATS jobs or if you use Paradox as your job management system, then you can use Job Qualification Level Standard Candidate Attributes to allow your AI Assistant to better understand if a candidate is or is not qualified for a specific job. You can set the qualification level and then automatically have your AI Assistant invite qualified candidates to upcoming hiring events via workflows.


    Configuration

    Contact your CS Representative to ensure that this feature is enabled for your account. Once enabled, either have your CS Representative or Admin complete the configuration process.

    Default Job Qualification Levels

    The follow are the account's default Job Qualifications Levels, which can be customized with the help of your CS Representative. These include:

    • Unknown – The candidate’s qualifications for this job are unknown.
    • Not Qualified – The outcome is intended for candidates who would be considered not qualified for the job.
    • Qualified – The outcome is intended for candidates who would be considered qualified for this job.
    • Exceeds Qualifications – The outcome is intended for candidates who exceed qualifications for this job.

    Custom Job Qualification Levels

    Your CS Representative has the ability to create up to 50 custom Job Qualification Levels to meet your team's needs. Please contact your CS Representative to assist you with the  creation of these custom levels.
