Get easily redirected to the CEM

You can now manage your calendar, schedule group interviews, and edit your availability directly in the Browser Extension, just like in the main platform. This makes it easier to keep your schedule up to date and consistent, no matter where you work. If you use the Browser Extension, you’ll notice a more reliable and predictable calendar experience.
No setup is required. This feature can be accessed by selecting the Calendars section in the Browser Extension.
My Calendar/Calendars
Expanded calendar edit history and past week visibility

You can now see who made changes to your calendar and when, making it easier to track any updates and resolve scheduling questions. This helps your team stay aligned and accountable.
No setup is required. This feature can be accessed by following the steps below:
- Navigate to your desired calendar.
- In the upper-right corner of the calendar, select the three-dot menu, then select View Edit History.

Multiple applications

Candidates can now see the status of all their job applications, not just the most recent one, when they interact with your AI assistant. This means fewer questions for your team about application status and a more transparent experience for candidates.
Two click unsubscribe emails for candidates

Candidates can now easily unsubscribe from emails with just two clicks, without needing to log in or complete extra steps. This makes it simpler for candidates to manage their communication preferences and reduces frustration. If a candidate unsubscribes by mistake, they’ll receive a confirmation email with a quick option to resubscribe to your communications.

Next time you log in or verify your identity on a supported mobile device (iOS and Android), SMS codes will now appear above your keyboard for easy autofill. This makes logging in faster and reduces the chance of errors or frustration for both you and your candidates.
No setup is required. Just simply log in and verify in two quick steps!
Select a communication preference when manually adding a candidate

When you manually add a candidate in the CEM, you can now choose how they prefer to be contacted directly in the Add New Candidate drawer, whether by text message only, email only, or both. This helps ensure candidates receive messages in the way that works best for them, reducing confusion and improving their experience.
No setup is required. This feature can be accessed by following the steps below:
- In the lower-right corner, select Add Candidate and then edit the Communication Preference field in the drawer.
My Jobs
Job status timelines

If you manage jobs, your company/account admin may implement automated timelines. These timelines control when job postings open, close, or transition from internal to external visibility. This automation ensures that jobs are posted and removed on schedule without requiring manual tracking.
No setup is required. This feature can be accessed by following the steps below:
- Enable a job in My Jobs and navigate to the Timeline section to either select Add Timeline or Job Posting End Date.
Depending on your account configuration, this feature may not be visible or available to use.
View only permissions for job attributes in My Jobs

If you manage jobs, your company/account admin may surface specific job data, such as pay ranges or employment types, with view-only permissions. This secures sensitive information while providing the necessary context for your decision-making. If you require additional access, contact your company/account admin to adjust your permissions.
Depending on your account configuration, this feature may not be visible or available to use.
