Work seamlessly in the browser extension

You can now use the Browser Extension just like the main web platform, with all the same features and a new, modern look. This means you don’t have to switch between different tools or worry about missing out on new updates. Scheduling interviews and checking your Candidate Inbox is now just as easy in the extension as it is on the website. Simply log in to the extension, and you’re ready to go.

Target candidates by employee in your campaigns

When sending out campaigns, you can now easily filter candidates by who manages them—whether that’s a recruiter, hiring manager, or interviewer. This helps you reach the right people faster, especially if your team is organized by location or recruiter. You'll no longer have to sort through long lists or exported data; just pick the team member and send your message to their candidates.

Find candidates faster with cleaner search
Candidate search metadata

Searching for candidates is now much simpler. Instead of seeing the same candidate listed multiple times, all their activity is grouped together in one place. You'll see helpful, standardized candidate data to help you quickly understand where each candidate stands and decide who to follow up with next.

Share event prep documents easily with candidates and event teams
Event builder

Event prep documents on the event landing page

You can now attach important documents, like directions, interview instructions, dress codes, or FAQs, directly to your hiring events. These materials are sent to both candidates and your team, so everyone has what they need without any extra emails or searching for links. Just add the documents when setting up your event, and the system takes care of the rest.

Control who views your evaluations
You can now view and edit your own evaluations by default. To ensure evaluations remain fair and unbiased, access to others' evaluations is restricted to specific permissions. While admins have full visibility, these settings can be customized to fit your team's needs.

Deactivated location visibility

Deactivated locations are now clearly marked and moved to the bottom of your lists, so your active locations stay easy to find. You can see Deactivated visual indicators in all areas around Paradox, enhancing clarity.
Enjoy a cleaner experience in My Calendar

The My Calendar and Calendars pages have been redesigned to be more modern and easier to use. Managing your interviews and schedules is now even simpler, helping you stay organized and on top of your day.

Schedule team debrief sessions after panel or same-day sequential interviews

You can now set up a private debrief meeting for your team right after a panel or same-day sequential interview. Every interview attendee gets an invite, and for virtual meetings, a secure link is provided just for your team. This makes it easy to share feedback and make decisions quickly, without waiting for another meeting.
