By modernizing and aligning the Browser Extension with the core platform, your calendar workflows become more reliable and intuitive. 10DLC self-service registration in the CEM
Phone Number Registration page

Build the 10DLC registration form

You can now manage your 10DLC (application-to-person messaging compliance) registration directly within the Paradox CEM, with a new self-service workflow and real-time status tracking.
By using this new self-service workflow and real-time status tracking, you can reduce implementation timelines and gain immediate visibility into your registration status. This ensures your candidate messaging remains compliant and uninterrupted while making it easier for your team to manage phone number registrations in one centralized location.

Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using SMS communication channels. No setup required for existing clients, but clients currently being implemented will now have their phone number registration managed in Paradox. This feature can be accessed by following the steps below:
- Select All Apps > Settings.
- Select Platform > Phone Number Registration.
Autofill for SMS verification codes

You can now take advantage of SMS verification code autofill on iOS and Android mobile devices, making login and identity verification faster than ever.
By allowing your mobile device to automatically suggest codes above the keyboard, you and your candidates no longer need to manually switch between apps to copy and paste. This update eliminates friction, reduces login abandonment, and ensures the Paradox SMS experience meets the highest modern usability standards for a seamless mobile journey.

Email footer customization for company address and links
Email footer

Customize company footer address/links

You can now customize the physical address and links displayed in your email footers to ensure every candidate and employee communication aligns with your organization’s unique brand and compliance requirements.
By default, your physical address will now be included in the footer of all emails, but you maintain the flexibility to edit this information or add custom links directly within your branding settings. This update empowers you to eliminate recipient confusion by managing all footer content from one central location.

Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using email communications. No setup required. This feature can be accessed by following the steps below:
- For non-multi-brand clients:
- Select All Apps > Settings.
- Select Company > Company Information > Email Branding > Custom Company Links and Customize Company Footer Address section.
- For multi-brand clients:
- Select All Apps > Settings.
- Select Company > Company Information > Brand Management > Edit Brand > Custom Company Links and Customize Company Footer Address section.
- For non-multi-brand clients:
Select a communication preference when manually adding a candidate

You can now choose a candidate’s preferred communication channel (such as Text Message, Email, or both) directly from the Add New Candidate drawer when manually adding a candidate. By selecting the right communication method up front, your team ensures candidates are always contacted via their preferred channel, reducing outreach confusion and improving the candidate experience.

Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients adding candidates manually in the CEM. No setup required. This feature can be accessed by following the steps below:
- In the lower-right corner, select Add Candidate and then edit the Communication Preference field in the drawer.
Two-click unsubscribe for emails

You can now offer candidates a frictionless, two-click process to unsubscribe from emails, requiring no login or two-factor authentication (2FA).
By removing the need for lengthy authentication or complex workflows on the Manage Preferences page, you reduce candidate frustration and provide a more transparent experience. This streamlined process aligns your organization with global best practices and compliance standards while still offering flexibility. Candidates also receive an automated confirmation email that they've unsubscribed, with a convenient one-click resubscribe option if they change their mind.

Content Management System (CMS)
Image-based PDF support and subpage URLs in the Knowledge Training Library

You can now broaden your AI assistant’s intelligence and eliminate manual data entry with powerful new content ingestion capabilities in the Knowledge Training Library:
- Image-Based PDF Support: Paradox can now automatically read and digest text from scanned PDF documents or legacy files that were previously unreadable.
- Subpage URL Discovery: By entering a single hyperlink, you can now use the new subpage selection tool to automatically discover and bulk-select all relevant pages within a website for a comprehensive knowledge base.
These enhancements ensure that your AI assistant’s responses are more reliable and comprehensive while significantly reducing the time required for initial setup and ongoing maintenance.

- Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available for all Contextual AI clients using the Knowledge Training within CMS, and can be access in CMS > Candidate Assistant Responses > Knowledge Training Library when uploading media or hyperlinks.
Multi-application status visibility for candidates & candidate Q&A

You can now provide candidates with full visibility into their entire application history, not just their most recent submission, directly through conversation with the AI assistant.
By securely verifying a candidate’s identity and surfacing a comprehensive list of job titles, locations, and real-time statuses, the AI assistant now empowers applicants to track every role they've applied for with ease. This update eliminates the need for your team to handle manual status inquiries and prevents candidates from getting stuck in loops, providing a more transparent for candidate applications.

Granular permissions and candidate data visibility for campaigns
You can now gain precise control over campaign visibility and candidate data, with new granular permissions and unified candidate records.
By choosing whether your users see only their own campaigns or have access to the entire account's campaigns (through the new Access to All Campaigns permission), you can ensure privacy and focus while also maintaining a single source of truth across both Campaigns and the Candidate Inbox. This update provides a reliable experience that empowers your team to collaborate efficiently and make informed decisions from a consistent talent pipeline.

Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using Campaigns. No setup required, but action is recommended to review your user role permissions. To review your permissions:
- Select All Apps > Settings.
- Select Permissions > Roles and Permissions > Roles and Permissions.
- Select the three-dot menu of any user role and then select Edit.
- Under the Campaigns parent permission, review the permissions to the Access to all Campaigns child permission.

You can now automate the entire lifecycle of your job postings, from timing their transition between internal and external visibility to defining exactly how long they remain active.
By setting predefined timelines for these transitions and expiration dates, you eliminate the need for manual tracking and remove the risk of jobs being posted too early or for inconsistent durations. This update streamlines your job management workflow and reduces administrative overhead, ensuring your job management remains perfectly aligned with your company's policies and hiring strategies.

Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using Job Management. No setup required, but action is recommended to take advantage of this feature. Job Timelines are enabled by default, with a disabled default timeline. This feature can be accessed by following the steps below:
- Select All Apps > Settings.
- Select Jobs > Job Manager > Job Timelines.
View only permissions for job attributes in My Jobs

You can now grant view only access to specific job attributes in My Jobs, giving your hiring teams the context they need, such as compensation ranges or employment type, without allowing them to edit.
By introducing these granular permissions, you can ensure sensitive job data remains secure while still keeping your team fully aligned and informed. This update eliminates the need to choose between over-permissioning or restricting essential job data, allowing you to maintain strict data integrity and compliance while also empowering your hiring teams to make faster, confident decisions.

You can now enjoy a modern, visually clean, and intuitive Job Manager page that aligns with the latest Paradox platform standards for a more seamless navigation experience.
By migrating to a modern, scalable library, this redesign delivers a smoother and more efficient interface while laying the groundwork for faster product enhancements in the future. This update improves daily usability and ensures your hiring workflows remain best-in-class, providing a reliable foundation for continued innovation.

Scheduling
Expanded calendar edit history and past week visibility

You can now view a detailed edit history for all availability blocks in your calendar to see exactly who made a change and when it happened.
By providing this clear record of every manual update, you can quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and verify changes on your own without needing to contact support. This update ensures your team stays aligned and accountable, building trust in your automated scheduling by providing a single, reliable source of truth for every calendar modification.

- Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using My Calendar/Calendars. You can access the edit history via the three-dot menu in your calendar and selecting View Edit History. No setup required.
#virtual-dial-in-number token for virtual meetings
You can now automatically include a dial-in phone number for every virtual interview, ensuring participants can join seamlessly even if they are unable to use computer audio.
By using the new #virtual-dial-in-number token within your Assistant Messaging and Workflows communications, Paradox dynamically populates the correct dial-in details for every meeting. This update eliminates the need to manually share important connection information and removes technical barriers for high-security or hardware-limited environments, ultimately reducing any friction.

Minor enhancements
Interviews Page
We've updated the Interviews page to include the Job Requisition ID as a new column.
Job Management
We've updated Custom Data Feeds to automatically exclude feeds where the parent organization name contains special characters (such as # or $).
Journey Targeting
We've updated Targeting Publish Validation to more accurately identify and display which Next Step statuses require configuration, preventing false validation errors when required configurations are already present (OL-319487).
Platform
- We've updated the platform by removing all Microlearning settings from Client Setup due to the feature being sunset.
- We've updated the login screen by removing the legacy Keep me signed in on this device checkbox to align with the current login user experience.
- We've updated Paradox’s timezone logic for Kazakhstan to reflect the nationwide shift to UTC+05, ensuring interview times are accurately synchronized for candidates and recruiters in that region.
Roles and Permissions
We've updated Roles and Permissions to include helper text under the Requisition Based Permissions and Alerts setting to clarify that these permissions only impact Client/ATS Jobs and not Integrated Jobs.
Scheduling
- We've updated the Zoom integration to include an automatic connection refresh mechanism and improved error logging to ensure meeting URLs are consistently generated even when a connection token expires.
- We've updated the Scheduling modal to ensure that interview feedback and scheduling templates remain accessible and visible even after a candidate indicates they have no availability.
