Employee Feedback is a feature that allows internal campaigns to be built and sent to system users so that you can run pulse check surveys, rate your AI Assistant’s performance and effectiveness with the products, such as Scheduling, Workflows, Apply, and more.

- Admins who want to run a pulse check on their team members through a quick survey.

Contact your CS Representative to enable this feature for you.
Navigation

If enabled for your account, you can navigate to this page by first clicking the All Apps button and then Settings. When the Settings page opens, click Employee Feedback under the Platform section.
Employee Feedback page
The Employee Feedback page will open to display all campaigns, if previously created. The following information and actions can be completed from this page.

- Active Campaigns – A listing of all active campaigns. You can only have up to 3 active campaigns at a time.
- View Results – This will allow you to view the most up-to-date results of the campaign.

Status – The status of the campaign. Statuses include:
- Active
- Inactive
- Completed

Campaign’s action menu – This menu will provide actions for an active campaign. Actions include:
- Deactivate campaign – This will mark the campaign as Inactive. When a campaign is inactive, you have the additional ability to delete a campaign.
- Duplicated as inactive – This will make a copy of the campaign and mark it as Inactive.
- View details – This will open the campaign to a view-only window.
- Create Campaign – This will create a new campaign.
- Inactive Campaigns – This will list all inactive campaigns.
- Search Bar – This will search the Campaign Type listing for the characters entered.

Campaign Type – The type of campaign that will display in the list. Options include:
- Inactive (default)

Completed
- Note: Campaigns that are marked as Inactive and Completed can be deleted
Create a campaign
To create a new campaign,
- Navigate to the Employee Feedback page.
- Click the Create Campaign button in the top right corner of the screen.
- When a new campaign opens, complete each section and then mark the campaign as Active or Inactive.
Title and Audience section
- Enter a name for your campaign.
- Click the + Add Rule button.
- Select the preferred user roles and then click Apply from the dropdown menu that opens.
- All users that match the user roles selected will display in the # User Match section. Make any adjustments as needed.
- Click Next in the top right corner of the page.
Content section
- Select the survey you want to send out.
- Enter the message that your AI Assistant will send to the selected employees before sending the survey.
- Select the communication types in which the survey can be sent. Options include:
- SMS
- Olivia Assist
- View a preview of the survey at the bottom of the page.
- Click Next.
Frequency section
- Set the delivery for a specific date and time or based on a condition/event that initiates it. Click either + Add Date & Time or + Add Condition.

+ Add Date & Time – This option allows you to set the date, time, and frequency of the campaign. Fields that display when this is clicked include:
- Date – The date that this campaign will be sent.
- Time – The time in which the campaign will be sent.
- Timezone – The time zone that corresponds to the time in which the campaign will be sent.
- Close – This will close the Date & Time box

Deliver Frequency – The frequency in which this campaign will be sent. Options include:
- Send once
- Send daily
- Send weekly
- Send every 2 weeks
- Send monthly

+ Add Condition – This option is the trigger in which this campaign will be initiated. This option relies more so on an event occurring rather than sending the campaign at a set date and time. Conditions include:

Time since user created – When selected, enter in the set time frame since the employee was created that will initiate this survey.

Time of user logins – When selected, enter in the number of times the employee will need to log in for them to receive this survey.

Number of interviews scheduled – When selected, enter in the number of interviews that are scheduled for an employee to then receive this survey.

Candidate status updated – When selected, choose the Candidate Journey and then the corresponding status in which this survey will be sent.

Number of interviews completed – When selected, enter in the number of interviews that will be completed by the employee before the survey is sent.

Time since user created – When selected, enter in the set time frame since the employee was created that will initiate this survey.

+ Add Date & Time – This option allows you to set the date, time, and frequency of the campaign. Fields that display when this is clicked include:
Confirmation section
- Review the details of the campaign to ensure that the information is accurate.
- Click Finish and Save.
- A Save Feedback Campaign modal will then appear where you can save and activate the campaign or save it as an inactive campaign.
Deactivate, activate, or delete a campaign

To deactivate a campaign, click the campaign’s action menu, or the three dot icon, and then select Deactivate campaign to mark it as inactive.
To activate a campaign, navigate to the Inactive Campaigns listing and click the desired campaign’s action menu. The menu will open where you can click Activate campaign to mark the campaign as Active.

You can only delete a campaign when it is in an Inactive or Completed status. You can delete by clicking the desired inactive or completed campaign’s action menu and then Delete campaign in the listing that appears.

By default, only Paradox Admins will have access to this feature.
