    Candidate experience Reporting

Paradox's phone numbers come with dynamic QR codes, meaning that regardless of how often you have your phone numbers updated, the QR code that is downloaded for that phone number will continuously work without issue. This allows your team to use QR codes as a means to advertise jobs and/or help candidates learn more about a specific job even after the corresponding phone number's details, such as keywords, are updated. This allows QR codes to be reported on to gather relevant information about their usage.

Dynamic QR Codes will regenerate on their own, ensuring that existing QR Codes never need to be updated on your Marketing materials.

    Candidate experience

The candidate will scan the QR code listed on your advertisements and be redirected to their web browser, which will have a generated short URL automatically inserted. The short URL will direct the candidate to an SMS message with the corresponding keyword. They can then send the message and begin a conversation with your AI Assistant.

This process only takes a few seconds but helps to track the following data points, which can be assessed in reporting:

    • Location
    • Date
    • Time
    • Phone Number

    Reporting

A QR Codes: Scan Location Details Report in Analytics & Reporting pulls the data around the usage of the account’s QR codes for easy analysis. By default, only the below user roles will have access to this report:

    • Company/Account Admin
    • Full User - Edit Everything
    • Power User
    • Reporting User
