    You can create, encode, and manage documents directly within the CMS Media Library or in Forms using the Document Builder. 


    Use cases

    •  Users who want to create user and candidate forms or other HR documents that facilitate their processes.

    Configuration

    This feature can be utilized when the Content Management System (CMS) is enabled for your account. To enable this feature, users with full access to Client Setup can complete the following below steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. Client Setup will then open. From the left panel, scroll down to and open the Q&A section.
    4. Toggle on Content Management System.
    5. Save the page.

    Navigation

    You can open the Document Builder from the CMS Media Library or Form Builder.  

    CMS Media Library

    To access the Document Builder via the CMS Media Library:

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the screen and then CMS in its drop-down menu. 
    2. Open the Documents section of the Media Library from the left panel.
    3. Select the Add Document button to begin the process of creating your document.

    Form Builder

    To access the Document Builder via Forms:

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the page and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Forms under the Jobs section.
    3. Select the New Candidate Form button to create a candidate form or select the New Employee Form to create an employee form.
    4. In the form that opens, enter a name for your form. 
    5. Add a Custom section and then select + Add Task.
    6. A drop-down menu will then open, where you can select Document. This can be added to any section in a form besides the following sections:
      • WOTC
      • Background Check
      • Tax Withholding Forms
      • Disability Identification
    7. The Document task then populates in the section. Select Upload Document.
    8. A slide-out drawer will then open. Select either Add New Document in this drawer for your first document or select + Add New to open the Document Builder.
      • Note: All of your documents will populate this drawer under the Documents tab.

    Permissions

    Users will need full access to the Forms permission in order to create and manage documents created within the Document Builder from either the Forms page or CMS Media Library. By default, Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, and Franchise Owners will have full access to Forms.
