Important Note when utilizing the Import Full File feature: If there isn’t a difference between a file from one day to another, then there won’t be anything for the system to process. The file will stop processing and list its status as Error.

A No file was detected for scheduled upload time on [date] [time] error message will display above the grid if an empty file was uploaded.

If a file is uploaded and displays the Needs Attention status, there are details that were not uploaded due to missing or invalid data. To fix the errors,

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Data Feeds under the Automation section.
    3. From the left panel, open the preferred feed list.
    4. Click into the file to open its File Summary.
    5. Select the View Details button.
    6. On the new page, open the Manage Errors tab in the upper-left corner above the list.
    7. You will see a list of the details that were not uploaded. Enter the missing or correct values in their input fields under the section that needs updating. These fields will be outlined in red.
    8. Select Upload Changes.

Uploading at least one fixed field will move the file into the Resolved status. To fix more errors, the file will need to be moved back into the Needs Attention status.

Note: If over 50 users or locations have an error on the file, they cannot be uploaded through the Manage Errors tab. If this happens, the best way to resolve the issue is to send an updated file with the corrected errors and upload it through the one-time section.
