The Multilingual section of Client Setup is where multilingual settings can be selected for the account. These settings include the following:

    • Platform Language – This is the languages that the CEM UI will use for translation. Each user can select from the configured platform languages through My Profile.
      • What languages should be supported for employees? – This allows you to select all languages that will be available for your team's users to select for translation purposes in the CEM.
    • Multilingual – This enables the Multilingual product in the platform. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.
      • Auto Translate Inbox – This will auto-translate the inbox into each user's selected platform language when they log into the CEM.
      • Candidate Languages – This enables the languages used in creating a candidate-facing multilingual experiences for each product.
        • What languages should Olivia allow candidates to engage in? – This allows you to select the languages that you want the AI Assistant to support in communicating with candidates.
      • Q&A - Translation on the fly – This allows teams using Q&A widgets who may not want to manually translate their knowledge bases to each language support candidate inquiries by having their AI Assistant translate their knowledge base on the fly and reply to the candidate in the detected language.
        • What languages should Olivia translate in Candidate Q&A? – This allows you to select the languages that you want the AI Assistant to support in communicating with candidates.
    • Multilingual Product Status – This is used by our engineering team for testing purposes. Please disregard.

Validated Languages – These languages are the most used and consistently updated in the system, so they are more reliable.

    Paradox's Validated Languages

    1. English - en
    2. English (United Kingdom) - en-gb
    3. French - fr
    4. French (Canadian) - fr-ca
    5. Spanish (LATAM) - es
    6. Spanish (Mexico) - es-mx
    7. Spanish (Spain) - es-em

Available Languages – These languages are about 70% accurate but may need additional updates as they are regularly used. NLP can help train your AI Assistant to understand better and use these languages, but this may take some time.
