The Campaigns section of Client Setup supports the Campaigns product and includes the following settings:

    • Campaigns – This enables the Campaigns product in the account. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.
      • Total candidate limit per Campaign – This is the limit for the total number of candidates that can be selected for a campaign. These guardrails will then be applied when building a campaign. Options include:
        • Up to 100
        • Up to 500
        • Up to 1,000
        • Up to 5,000
        • Up to 10,000
        • Up to 20,000
        • Up to 50,000
        • Up to 100,000 (maximum)
    • Allow SMS channel for list uploads – This will display SMS as a communication channel when a list is uploaded for a campaign.
    • Candidate Q&A – This will allow candidates to utilize Candidate Q&A in a campaign.
    • Job Search – This will allow candidates to utilize Job Search in a campaign.

Note: The Outbound toggle in the Apply section of Client Setup will also need to be enabled to utilize Campaigns.

When Contextual AI and Contextual Q&A are enabled in Client Setup and your team has consented to use Contextual Conversation from the Company Information page, then an additional Contextual Candidate Care toggle will be added to the Campaigns section of Client Setup. Toggle this on to enable Contextual Candidate Q&A in Campaigns.
