Campaigns page tabs
The Campaigns list view is where you'll find and manage all your campaigns.
The left panel is organized by the campaign’s status:
- Active – By default, all of your active campaigns display when you open the page. This section is where you will find all campaigns that have been delivered. You can see the type of campaign, the last date it was updated, and how it performed based on overall delivery percentage and its progress bar.
- Processing – This section is where you will find all campaigns that are in process. This is a state between Active and Scheduled campaigns. You can view the campaign name, the last date it was updated, and how close it is towards processing based on overall processing percentage and its progress bar.
- Scheduled – This section is where you will find all of your campaigns that have been scheduled to be delivered. In the performance column, no performance metrics will appear until the campaign is sent and appears in the Active tab.
- Draft – This section shows all of the campaigns that have not been created and are scheduled for delivery. They will remain in the Drafts tab until they are created, saved, and scheduled.
- Paused – This section displays all of the campaigns that you have paused.
In the Drafts tab, campaigns that have a conflict with the communication channel are highlighted with yellow. A warning message displays to the user that the campaign needs to be updated.
The list view provides key information about each campaign:
- Name – The name of the campaign.
- Type – The configured campaign type from the campaign builder.
- Sent From – The sender of the campaign, whether it is the AI assistant or a specific user.
- Last Updated – The last time the campaign was updated.
-
Performance – A progress bar showing the overall campaign metrics and associated percentage. Learn more about campaign metrics.
- Note: The Performance column does not appear for Drafts or Scheduled campaigns.
To find a specific campaign, you can use the search bar to search by name. The search displays matching campaigns by name and show a result count that is specific to the current search filter.
Available campaign actions
Using the action menu, or ellipses, next to a campaign’s row allows you to complete the following actions depending on the campaign’s status:
- Edit – This is available for drafts and opens the campaign builder to make changes.
- Duplicate Campaign – This is available for campaigns of all statuses and creates an exact copy of the campaign. The duplicate campaign will be set to a Draft status.
- When you duplicate a campaign, the naming convention of the duplicate campaign is Copy of {Campaign Name}.
- Pause Campaign – This is available for active and scheduled campaigns. It changes the campaign status to Paused.
- Resume Campaign – This is available for paused campaigns. It changes the campaign status to Active or Scheduled.
- While you can pause campaigns that are active and/or scheduled, you cannot pause a draft campaign.
- Reschedule – This is available for scheduled campaigns. This opens the Schedule step of the campaign builder.
- Delete – This is available for drafts and deletes the campaign.
While you can pause campaigns that are active and/or scheduled, you cannot pause a Draft campaign.
