Keyword unsubscribe/resubscribe is unique to the web channel and combines hard and soft unsubscribe/resubscribe features.

Updating your subscription status on web will opt the active application out of/in to all messaging channels (email, SMS, and WhatsApp). When communicating via web, sending an unsubscribe/resubscribe message does not unsubscribe/resubscribe all candidates and applications using the same phone number. Instead, the candidate’s subscription preference is stored at an application level. Only the application that the candidate was engaging with will be unsubscribed/resubscribed from messaging.

For example, Candidate 1 has applied to 2 jobs: Job A and Job B. If Candidate 1 unsubscribes via web from Job A, they can no longer receive email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding Job A. However,  they are still able to receive messaging regarding Job B.

    Candidate experience

Once the candidate sends an unsubscribe/resubscribe keyword in a web widget, then your AI Assistant will notify them that they are opted out of/in to communications.
