User unsubscribing/resubscribing a candidate

When a candidate takes an action to unsubscribe, CEM users cannot resubscribe the candidate, as that would violate their consent to opt-in and opt-out as well as SMS compliance regulations. System users can only resubscribe candidates that they unsubscribed manually in the CEM.
Unsubscribing a candidate
A user can unsubscribe a candidate from the Unsubscribe option in the …More menu of a candidate's profile. This unsubscribes the candidate from all communication channels of the application they are viewing. Other applications that the candidate has submitted are still eligible for messaging.
Candidates that are unsubscribed through this method cannot resubscribe themselves. A user must resubscribe the candidate in order to resume communications.
Resubscribing a candidate
A user can resubscribe a candidate from the Resubscribe option in the …More menu of a candidate's profile. This resubscribes the candidate to all communication channels of the application they are viewing. Other applications that the candidate has submitted will not be impacted.
