Applications tab overview

In the Applications tab, you can view all of a candidate’s applications and their corresponding conversations.
Muti-application selector
If a candidate has applied to more than one job, selecting the arrow next to this tab's title will display a multi-application selector that will allow you to open and view any of the candidate's other applications that you can access.
A couple of aspects to note:
- Disabled Jobs – If a job is disabled/read-only, it is due to the fact that you do not have permission to view that job or location.
- Hot Jobs Icon – If a job is listed as a Hot Job, a Hot Job icon will be listed to the left of the job and next to the job title in the Candidate Summary. Learn more about Hot Jobs.
When a job title is translated using translation on-the-fly, then hovering over the job title will display a tooltip stating that this type of translation occurred.
Tab sections
Each application will include the following sections:

- Additional sections:
- Notes – If enabled, then this section allows you and other team members who have access to this candidate to leave notes about the candidate and tag users, as needed.
- Assessments – If Assessments are enabled for your account, then this section allows you to view the assessment status(es) and details of completed assessments.
- Candidate Conversation (explained below)
Recruiter Field Display:
- If you have Conversational ATS or Integrated ATS enabled, the recruiter’s name will be displayed in the Candidate Profile and Candidate Summary.
- If you have only Integrated ATS enabled, the recruiter’s email will be displayed instead of their name. This is due to technical limitations and ongoing migration efforts to Integrated Jobs.
Candidate conversation
The Conversation box within the Applications tab shows the candidate's conversation with your AI Assistant and any other users who may have messaged the candidate. Messages can be sent from this box as free-form messages or through the use of messaging templates, and the conversation will include milestones of different statuses or actions taken place since the candidate first initiated the conversation. Candidate status and actions
The Applications tab includes a list of the candidate's status for each of their applications and includes and menu with a list of available actions that can be taken on the candidate or their profile. Click here to learn more.
