The candidate's experience signing an offer is as follows:

    1. A candidate will receive an offer letter link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp, depending on their preferred communication method. They will click this link to navigate to their offer.
    2. A verification screen will open. They will enter in the code sent to their preferred contact method on this page.
    3. The offer letter will then open to a Consent to Use Electronic Signatures modal. The candidate must consent to entering their signature to close the modal and view their offer.
      • Note: If a candidate clicks Cancel or the x icon, then an Action Required modal will display, warning the candidate that they must agree to consent in order to view the offer.
    4. The offer will then open where they can review it.
    5. Once reviewed, the candidate can select Sign to enter their signature.
    6. A new modal will open where they can draw or type their signature, depending on this component’s configuration.
    7. The candidate’s signature will then populate the offer along with a date and time stamp. From there, they can either accept or deny the offer.
      • Note: Depending on the component’s configuration, the candidate may have to sign the offer even if they are declining it.
