Add an e-Signature requirement to an offer

A signature field can be added to an offer letter in order to require employees and/or candidates to sign it when the offer is sent and/or accepted/ declined, respectively.
Add signature component
- Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
- When the Settings page opens, select Offers under the Jobs section.
- Create a new or edit an existing offer.
- Put your cursor where you want to add the signature field.
- From the left panel, select the Add button next to Add Signature and then select one of the following:
- Add Candidate Signature – This will require the candidate to sign the offer letter before they accept/decline the offer.
- Add Employee Signature – This will require the employee to sign the offer letter before it is sent to the candidate.
- When added, a slide-out drawer will open where you will update the following settings around this component:
- Signature Label – The label that the component tags on the offer letter, and the Sign field listed in the left-hand toolbar of the offer before it is sent to a candidate.

Signature Method – The manner in which a candidate/employee can sign the offer. Options include:
- Draw (default)
- Type
- Both

Requirement – This will display only for candidate signatures and defines when a signature is required. Options include:
- Before Accepting and Declining
- Before Accepting

+ Add File Mapping – This section is for employees to map this component to a System Attribute field.
- Note: When added, this component will appear on its own line, meaning no text can be entered to the left or right of it.
- Select Add to add the component. Once added, the component will appear on its own line, meaning that no text can be added to the left or the right of this component.
- Repeat steps #5-7 for an additional signature.
- Once completed, you can finalize the offer by selecting Create for new offers or Save and then publish the offer for existing offers.
