Automatically turning off a job

A job can automatically be turned off when using one of two features: the Candidate Volume Optimizer or Number of Hires feature.
Candidate Volume Optimizer
The Candidate Volume Optimizer (CVO) can be used to control the number of candidates flowing into a job's Candidate Journey. When a set number of candidates reach a certain stage of the Journey, then your AI Assistant can automatically close the job for you.
This feature helps to manage high candidate volume in order to optimize hiring manager productivity and to redistribute candidates to other roles that need more applicants. Learn more here.
Number of Hires
The Number of Hires feature allows you to set the total number of hires needed for the job upfront. Your AI Assistant will then monitor the number of hires as candidates complete a job's hiring process, and when the predetermined number is reached, your AI Assistant can close the job automatically.
