ADP WOTC: Multi-brand support

For clients who have multiple brands and utilize ADP WOTC, a single CEM account can support additional Organizational IDs and associate those IDs to their brands within Paradox. This information and the candidates tied to it can then be sent outbound to ADP WOTC.

For clients who have multiple brands and utilize ADP WOTC, a single CEM account can support additional Organizational IDs and associate those IDs to their brands within Paradox. This information and the candidates tied to it can then be sent outbound to ADP WOTC.
Configuration
Navigate to the Forms & Offers section of Client Setup and toggle on Multi-Branding under the Service Providers section.
Store Organization IDs
Within the Brand Management section of the Company Information page, clicking into any listed brand will display an ADP WOTC: OrganizationOID (Optional) field where each brand’s unique organization ID can be stored.
The system will set the company_brand when a candidate applies. When the integration triggers, it will reference the mapping between brand and ADP WOTC organization ID stored on the brand record.
