Use cases Configuration Updated system areas My Jobs Journey Targeting FAQs I want to exclude certain out of scope jobs, but Apply is till occurring for them. What do I do?

If you are using Journey Targeting for your integrated ATS jobs, then you can replace your Apply URL in the master feed with your integrated ATS apply URL. This change will allow candidates to skip the Chat-to-Apply feature and be redirected to apply to your ATS.

    Use cases

    • Teams who want candidates to be redirected to their integrated ATS to complete their application process.

    Configuration

Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the following steps.

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. Client Setup will then open. From the left panel, scroll down to and open the Job Management section.
    4. Under External ATS Job Management, select and apply the desired feeds based on your team's preferences to create a master feed.
    5. After making all selections, configure the master feed settings by selecting the Edit button.
      • Note: If this button is disabled, this means the master feed hasn’t been created yet or hasn’t finished processing.
    6. A slide-out drawer will then open. Select Disable Application from the Then selector.
      • Note: Selecting this option will replace the Apply URL in the master feed with your external ATS apply URL so that candidates can skip the Chat-to-Apply feature when applying to a job. You can target jobs to Disable Application within the Default condition or create additional conditions to target specific jobs.
    7. Select Save to apply all the changes made.

    Updated system areas

The following areas will have updated functionality in regards to this enhancement.

    My Jobs

When the Disable Application outcome is selected, users will be able to view jobs in My Jobs, but will not be able to turn the job on or off. The job will need to be managed in your integrated ATS.

    Journey Targeting

If the Disable Application outcome is selected on the backend, the default outcome in the Capture stage of Journey Targeting will be No Conversation. Jobs that have this outcome set for their feed(s) will be automatically assigned to the No Conversation outcome in the Journey Targeting flow.

Select the View Requisitions button to see all of the jobs that have this stage included.

    FAQs

I want to exclude certain out of scope jobs, but Apply is till occurring for them. What do I do?

Reset the master feed. Whenever targeting is updated on the backend, it is recommended to reset the feed. You can do this by changing it to a different job feed (not the Paradox Feed, as it will take a long time to process) in the External ATS Job Management section of Client Setup and then switching it back to your master feed.
