    Employees can complete an employee form from the Candidate Profile at any point in the hiring process. This enables team members the ability to add valuable insights into each candidate and allows their entire hiring team access to view that input as needed.


    Use cases

    • Teams who want interviewers to complete structured notes on a candidate after an interview.
    • Teams who want users to enter their input about candidates at any time.

    Configuration

    Step #1: Create an ad hoc form

    Ad hoc employee forms can be easily designated in the Forms Builder. Users with full access to Forms can complete the below process.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
    2. From the Settings page, select Forms under the Jobs section.
    3. Open the preferred form or create a new form that includes the questions you want your users to complete about a candidate.
    4. In the upper-right corner of the selected form, select its settings icon.
    5. Toggle on Make available for all statuses in its drop-down menu.
    6. Save and publish the form to finalize the changes made.

    Step #2: Update user permissions

    Users will full access to Roles and Permissions will need to provide the relevant users full access to the Adhoc Employee Forms permission (under the Candidates > Hire Details parent permissions) in order to complete Ad Hoc Forms. This

    FAQs

    Can multiple users complete a form?

    Yes! However, each user can only complete it once. They can edit it from the Hire Details section, but they cannot complete the form twice.
