The Approvals History shows you the past requests that were either approved or denied for a job or offer.

You can view a history of all job approval requests by navigating to the My Jobs page; clicking the preferred job’s action menu, or ellipses; and then View Approval History from the drop-down menu that opens.

Offer letter

You can view a history of all offer approval requests for an offer letter by opening a new or viewing an already sent offer letter and then clicking the View Approval History icon from the top right corner of the Offer Details drawer.

When the Approval History drawer opens, you can see the date, time, and user who requested/granted/denied each approval request. Select into any request to view its details. 

A history’s details includes two tabs:

• Approver History – This tab will first open and display the flow of the request from start to finish.
• Approval Flow Priority – This tab will display the approval flow that the request initiated followed by all of the other approval flows that were targeted but didn’t go through for the request. Each approval flow will include the flow name and the targeting rule that was matched. The initial flow will also include an In-Use note to indicate that it was used for the selected request.
  • Note: Clicking Back will open the initial Approval History list.
