Surveys can be utilized to gather both candidate and employee feedback on their experience with your AI Assistant, existing processes, and more. Once Surveys are created, they can be sent to both candidates and employees in a variety of channels.

    Configuration

Users with full access to the Client Setup permission can complete the following steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. From the left panel of Client Setup, scroll down to and open the More section.
    4. Toggle on the Surveys setting.
    5. Once enabled, you can turn on any of the following settings as it relates to the client's account needs:
      • Interview Feedback – This allows interview attendees to complete a survey about a candidate after interviewing them, which the team can use to assist in selecting the best candidate for the position. Click here to learn more.
      • Employee Feedback – This allows you to create internal campaigns that can be sent out to system users so that clients can run pulse check surveys as well as rate their AI Assistant's performance and effectiveness with products, such as Scheduling, Workflows, Apply, and more. Click here to learn more.
      • Evaluations – This allows event attendees to assess students during Campus Events or Conferences only and capture their first impressions. Click here to learn more.
    6. Save the page.

    FAQs

If I update the rating scale for a question, will previous answers be adjusted to reflect it? Will links already sent out open to the updated survey?

Paradox supports version control for the Surveys product, meaning that there is logic in place to calculate past answer versions into current answer versions. If a candidate or employee was sent a notification about completing the survey, then the link will open to the updated survey.
