The Web Management page is where you can manage all sites that your candidates can access.

Navigation

You can navigate to Web Management by first selecting the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu. When the Settings page opens, select Web Management under the Platform section.

Web Management

Web Management houses several sites that can be viewed and managed, depending on your user permissions. The left panel lists all available sites, which can be opened by selecting the preferred site. Site options in this list include:

• Widget Conversations
• Embedded Conversations – This conversation is similar to the Widget Conversation and is not often used. It is recommended to create and use Widget Conversations instead.

Permissions

The permissions listed below are the default permissions based on user role. These can easily be adjusted on the backend by your CS Representative, as needed.
