Images elements on your career site can be replaced and saved directly in the Visual Editor.
Replace an image
When you select an image, a teal box displays around the desired image.
To replace an image on a page:
- Hover over the image, then select it.
- Using the Edit Content panel, select Replace.
- In the Replace Image/GIF drawer, either:
- Drag and drop a new file onto the upload area, or select click to browse to upload a local file from your device.
- Select an existing image from your Media.
- In the lower-right corner, select Update to apply the image.
You can search your Media using the search bar, or sort by:
- Most Recent
- Alphabetical

Update alt text
Alt text describes an image for users who rely on screen readers and assistive technology. You can add or update alt text whenever you replace an image.
To update alt text:
- Using the Edit Content panel, enter a brief, descriptive label for the image in the Alt Text field (for example, “employees collaborating in an office”).
- In the lower-right corner, select Save.
Additional information
- Expand or carousel sections: There may be hidden content within expand or carousel sections on your career site. To interact with those elements, the keyboard shortcut is Command + Click for Mac or Ctrl + Click for Windows.
- Failed uploads: If an upload fails, the following error message displays: Failed to upload. File exceeds max size. Check that the file meets the supported format and size requirements, then try again.
