Update the structure of the jobs list Navigation Header customization Customize in multiple languages Fields customization Display hot jobs first

You can adjust how jobs are displayed to a candidate within job search in two ways:

    • Update the structure of the jobs list
    • Display hot jobs first

Update the structure of the jobs list

You can customize the data fields shown in the list view display of job search as well as the text displayed in the header of the list view from within the Job Search Results Builder of the CMS.

    Navigation

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then CMS from its drop-down list.
    2. From the left panel, select Job Search Results Builder.

The List View Builder will then open.

    Header customization

The Edit Header subsection allows you to customize what displays in the header of the list view. Included options are:

    • Job Count – Select whether to show or hide the job search results count. By default, this will be set to Show Job Count (i.e. 17 Recommended Jobs).
    • Search Results Title – Customize the text that communicates the job results to the candidate. The default text for this field is Recommended Jobs. There are two fields here to input the singular and plural versions of the text to both match our level of customization within Job Search messaging and ensure the result display is never confusing to the candidate.
      • Note: There is a max character count of 20 allowed for this section. Any text that is too long in the actual display will truncate and part of the text will be hidden, so we recommend keeping the text short.

    Customize in multiple languages

You can input the proper translations for the header from the multilingual icon.

    1. Select the multilingual icon button.
    2. Select the preferred language.
    3. Customize the text for that language.
      • Note: You can validate what language you are customizing based on the language tag in the field (i.e. such as the “(en)” in the examples below).
    4. Save the page.
    5. Repeat these steps for all necessary languages.

If you need to add more languages than those displayed,

    1. Select the multilingual icon button and then the Configure Languages button in the bottom right corner of its drop-down menu.
    2. Choose the necessary languages from the popover options.
    3. Select Apply.

    Fields customization

The Included Fields section allows a user to customize what job and location data points display in the job search section of the interface. Default fields for this interface are:

    • Job Title
      • Note: This is a locked value and cannot be removed.
    • Job Location

You can then adjust these fields or add new fields and conditions, as needed.

You can add up to two additional fields, aside from job title, for a total three fields in this interface

    Display hot jobs first

By using the Hot Jobs feature, you can display jobs first that are marked as a higher priority for hiring when they match the candidate's search criteria. Click here to learn more.
