The job posting type determines whether a job is an internal job, external job, or both. While this setting is determined on the job level when it is created, it may be adjustable on the job when it is turned on in My Jobs.

If enabled in the Job Builder, users will see a Job Posting Type selector in the modal that opens when a job is turned on in My Jobs. The default selection will match the initial configuration set in the Job Builder, but it can be updated by an employee before posting the job.
