Digital consent is the initial consent given by the candidate to using electronic signatures through an I agree button. This consent is provided upfront when the form is opened by the candidate.
Since legal language may vary by company, you do have the option of updating your company's digital consent message for candidates, users, and offer letters with the help of your CS Representative.
