Once an offer has been either accepted, declined, re-sent, canceled, or expired, it will be listed within the Hire Details section of the Candidate Profile along with its status. You can view and download the offer letter at any point along with the offer history for a better look into the details of the offer process.

    Review offer

Users can only view offer details if they have:

    • Access to the location and job.
    • Full or view access to offers.

To review an offer that is either accepted, declined, expired, canceled, or resent to the candidate,

    1. Navigate to the Hire Details section of the candidate’s profile.
    2. Select the offer letter listed.
    3. The offer will open in a slide-out drawer where you can review the letter along with the details of the job and the offer history.

    Offer history

When reviewing an offer from the candidate's profile, you will view the Offer History in the left panel of the offer drawer. This history lists all of the actions taken on the offer and their corresponding details, which include:

    • The employee’s name
    • The action completed. Actions include:
      • Sent
      • Accepted
      • Rejected
      • Canceled
      • Resent
    • The date and time that the action occurred

    Download offer

Offers can be downloaded by both the candidate and the employee to keep for their personal records.

    Employee experience

When reviewing an offer, you can download the offer by clicking the Download button in the top right corner of the slide-out drawer. This will download the offer and the offer history in one PDF file.

    Candidate experience

When candidates accept their offer, they will receive a confetti confirmation page that includes the option to download their offer. They can click Download Your Offer to download their offer as a PDF file.

Send offer to a system of record (Integrated ATS)

If you have an integrated ATS and want to send the offer to your system of record, then the Offer PDF Candidate Attribute will save the latest version of a candidate’s offer letter as a PDF file for you. You then have the option for an integration where the file can pass through to your system of record via API. If you would like this file to pass to your system of record, please contact your CS Representative.
