Configuration Running reports with sensitive/hidden data

Within Forms, you have the option of flagging fields/questions as Sensitive Information and/or Hide From Manager. If a user runs any of the Form Details reports and that field is part of the report results, then its value will show a masked (****) value instead of the actual value. However, you do have the option to allow certain user roles access to viewing these fields within Form Details reports.

    Configuration

Contact your CS Representative with the user roles who should have access to view fields/questions marked as Sensitive Information and/or Hide From Manager.

    Running reports with sensitive/hidden data

Once your CS Representative has provided the necessary user role access to viewing sensitive/hidden data from forms, then users with access to these fields can run the following reports and view relevant protected data:

    • Candidate Forms Detail Report (Long Format)
    • Candidate Forms Detail Report (Wide Format)
    • Employee Forms Detail Report

The results for these flagged form fields will return the actual values and not masked (****) values.
