    Use cases

    • Remote locations are used for jobs that are not tied to a specific location.
    • If a job has a flexible structure, it could be available both at a location and remotely.

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. From the left panel of Client Setup, open the Apply section.
    4. Toggle off the Include Remote Location setting.
    5. Save the page.

Remote locations can be included in Job Search. This can be done by a user with full access to Client Setup completing the below steps.

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.

    4. Select Remote from the Search Parameters selector.
    5. Save the page.

    Remote Job Attribute

A Remote Job Attribute will store whether your job is a remote job or not. This can then be used throughout the system when referencing the job.

    Remote location in Data Feeds

Job feeds pulled into the system via Data Feeds will detect remote jobs and include that detail on the job in the CEM.

Remote location added to the employer's tax profile

Remote locations can be accounted for on your employer's tax profile. Your CS Representative can work to ensure that this included if including tax forms in your Paradox hiring process.
