Q&A: Pulling a conversation out of the job search context

The following provides an overview of additional Job Search feature logic that is either built-in by default or can be configured under the right conditions.
The default logic that is embedded into the Q&A + Job Search experience for pulling a conversation out of the job search context:

IF no job search entity is found in a phrase, then the conversation will pull out of the job search context and instead search the Candidate Q&A knowledge base for an answer.
- This means if a candidate’s phrase has no job search parameters (i.e. such as a job category, a job location, an employment type, etc.), your AI Assistant will automatically search the Candidate Q&A knowledge base to see if a Q&A response is a better response for the candidate than a no results returned message via job search.
